At Oasis Academy Limeside, we are a
welcoming and ambitious school community built on strong values, high
expectations and a deep commitment to inclusion. As part of Oasis Community
Learning, we are guided by a clear purpose: to develop the whole child; academically,
socially, morally and emotionally; so every young person can flourish and reach
their full potential.
We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching
Assistant who shares our belief in a ‘can do’ culture, is committed to
supporting every child, and is passionate about making a lasting difference.
How You’ll Make a Difference
Working closely with teaching staff,
you will play a key role in helping every child succeed, thrive and feel valued
within a supportive, values-led environment. You will build strong, positive
relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and championing the Oasis
values of respect, compassion and perseverance. Through your day-to-day work,
you will support individuals and small groups; including pupils with SEND and
EAL; adapting learning to meet their needs and ensuring every child can fully
access the curriculum. You will help deliver engaging activities, promote
inclusion, independence and confidence, and support the implementation of
personalised learning and behaviour plans. Alongside this, you will monitor
progress, provide meaningful feedback to teachers, and contribute to a calm,
purposeful and well-organised classroom where positive behaviour is the norm.
From preparing resources and displays to supporting pupils across the school
day and collaborating with colleagues, you’ll be an integral part of a team
committed to giving every child the best possible start.
